Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of elecsi.au ("the Service") operated by Elecsi Pty Ltd ("Elecsi", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Elecsi provides an energy bill analysis and buying facilitation service for Australian businesses. We are not an energy retailer. We do not supply electricity or gas. We act as a facilitator connecting businesses with energy retailers.
Accounts
You must provide accurate contact information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address, as it is used for authentication. You may only create one account per email address.
Bill Upload and Data
When you upload a bill, the file is processed by AI in memory and immediately discarded. We store only extracted data points as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any bill you upload is either for a business you work for or own, or uploaded on behalf of a client who has authorised you to do so.
Fees
Elecsi charges a contract facilitation fee of $199 (inc GST) per energy contract successfully secured through the Service. This fee is payable only when a contract is signed — you pay nothing until a contract is secured.
Referral Programme
Each user receives a unique referral link. When a new user signs up via your referral link and subsequently secures an energy contract through Elecsi, your contract fee is reduced from $199 to $0, and the referred user's fee is also reduced from $199 to $0.
Conditions:
- —The referred user must secure a contract through Elecsi within 3 months of your own contract fee being invoiced, or before your contract fee is invoiced (whichever is later)
- —Each referral credit applies to one contract fee only
- —Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- —Elecsi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme with 30 days' notice
Group Buying
When you join a group buy, we aggregate your energy needs with other businesses and run a competitive tender with energy retailers. We do not guarantee a minimum number of participants, a specific timeframe, or that a group buy will result in a lower rate. You may withdraw at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted bill data. Elecsi is not liable for errors in extraction, energy contract terms, or loss arising from reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel your account by emailing hello@elecsi.com.au. We may suspend or terminate access for false information, unauthorised bill uploads, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms with email notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
